OTS specializes in the engineering and design of electric, steam and chilled water systems for utilities, institutions and industry. From boilers burning every type of fuel to steam turbines, gas turbines, diesels, piping systems, water treatment, materials handling, controls and substations, we have done it all. Our parent firm, Orbital Engineering, gives us many other areas of expertise making the combination of our companies truly a full service engineering organization. MechanicalOur mechanical engineering services include power plant design for steam and electrical generation, chilled water, compressed air, water treatment, process piping, steam distribution, and complete environmental system design capabilities. ElectricalOTS’s electrical engineering team provides design of high-voltage substations, transmission circuits and distribution circuits. Our experience in fiber optic systems for municipalities includes data networking, Internet service, cable television, and telephone services. Civil/StructuralOur civil/structural department designs include site grading/preparation, foundations, structural supports, building designs and site finishes.
